Маленькая проблема с подключениям Dj

Помогите поправить конфиг isecast так что бы dj подключались без кнопки прямой эфир.

P.s. как прописать в консоль в cron что бы icecast и ezstream подымались сами после падения сервера. У меня нет визуальной панельки OC Дебиан.
